The hotel was clean, looked new, had parking facilities that were linked to the hotel. It was at a very convenient location next to the shopping street and walking distance from the castle. There are plenty of shopping and sight-seeing opportunities within the vicinity. Heating / cooling facilities are really good. Staff has limited English speaking abilities but enough to communicate our needs and understand check in procedures.

The hotel is located right along Shimotori Shopping Arcade. Easy access to everything i.e. convenience store, shops & restaurant. There is a parking within the hotel property but with an extra charge which is worth paying. This property exceeded my expectation in terms of quality. Room size is big with new facility. Hotel staff communicates very good English. There amenity i.e. quality facial care & facial wash for you to pick at the hotel lobby. Moreover, there is 7-Eleven in the 1st floor. Super convenient!

Excellent location. You can go from Kumamoto station to the hotel very easy by city tram. The hotel is near to Kumamoto castle, Shimotori shopping arcade, convenience store, and many restaurant. The hotel is new facilities, there are microwave, ice maker, vending machine. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioner can adjust for heating or cooling. The hotel staff are very nice.

We were staying in a twin room with massage chair. The value for early booking was excellent. The hotel has a car parking facility but because we rented a taller car, it was already full. Still, There is a lot of alternative parking options near by. The hotel is walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. The main shopping area of Kumamoto and the Roofed Shimotori Shopping Street. So great great location.

Room is new and very clean. Staffs are helpful. The hotel is at central location with an easy walk to the castle and shopping street. It also has its own parking building, which is convenient for guests, who travel by car.

friendly staff, great location- walkable to Kumamoto castle, shopping streets and malls. alot of food options/ convenience stores nearby. hotel amenities were great- provide free coffee sachets! room is clean and well maintained. bathroom is bigger, with a short area and bath tub.

In the center of everything, surrounded with restaurants and shopping mall, great location and very happy with the size of the room, very comfortable! Highly recommended !! Love the massage chair in the room, good massage after walking all day!!

Pro - new, clean, best value for money, room is specious (considering business hotel standard), perfect hot shower. Location is close to several shopping areas. Note - This hotel has a twin hotel with the same name, but different road name (both are within walking distance), this could be misleading, I checked-in at the wrong hotel and had to walk to another hotel.
